I found the oldies room back in September 1998. I remember coming in the room and knowing all the answers but because I couldn’t type fast enough. Just ask DIANE, she’ll tell ya. I am 52 years old and live in Wisconsin.
I celebrated my 32nd anniversary in 2005. I have 3 daughters and 3 great son-in-laws, 3 granddaughters and 8 grandsons from 13 yrs. to 4 weeks old.
My favorite music is anything from the 60s to today. I love Motown and the Beatles.
I have never been able to get to HUGYS but always hoped I could .I was lucky enough to meet DIANE as I was driving through Ohio from my daughters home and said to her, ‘” Hey, want me to stop” and of course she said sure. I am glad I did because Diane was having her surgery that following Monday many years ago and I just had to stop and wish her well. My husband and I met Diane and her sister and father and they are such wonderful, caring people and by the way Diane is just as crazy as she is in the room. LOL.
My hope for the future is that I will someday get a chance to go to a Oldies room reunion party and meet all the wonderful people. Meeting and chatting with all of you has been great and I hope we all keep this up forever.
